HDI-Gerling Pensionsfonds AG was formed from "Gerling Pensionsfonds für die Wirtschaft AG", established in 2005, and is entrusted with the realization of company pension schemes based on a multi-company pension fund in Germany. HDI-Gerling Pensionsfonds offers companies and their employees a choice of pension plans in the form of defined contribution plans with minimum guaranteed benefit or defined benefit plans.

HDI-Gerling Pensionskasse AG

With an insurance portfolio valued at around € 3.5 billion, HDI-Gerling Pensionskasse AG is the HDI-Gerling Life Group's specialist for company pension scheme solutions. As a multi company pension trust, it offers companies and their employees deferred annuity policies both in the form of contribution-oriented defined benefit plans and in the form of defined contribution plans with minimum guaranteed benefit – the latter also as a unit-linked variant. The company pension scheme range is rounded off by supplementary and stand-alone occupational disability insurance policies.

In the interest of efficient all-round provision for the client, HDI-Gerling Pensionsmanagement takes charge of all administrative and support services for benefit systems, including support funds, direct commitment schemes, occupational pension funds and working time account models.
